SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
Our goal is to make your buying and selling process as seamless as possible.
NOTICE
Lucky Find Tack Shop will send you a notification via e-mail that your item has sold. Hooray!
PACKAGE
We ask that you follow our shipping specifications to ensure the product you're selling arrives safely to the buyer. For most clothing items, shipping envelopes can be used. We ask that you be mindful in boxing up your item - use care and padding where necessary. For saddles, a large sturdy box is best. See below for instructions on best practices for shipping saddles.
LABEL
We will e-mail you a shipping label with all of the necessary information. Simply tape the label to your package and drop it off at the Post Office!
DROP
We ask that you drop the item off to be shipped as promptly as possible, within 48 hours of receiving the notification from us that your item has sold. This way, there are no delays in your payment, and the buyer receives their item in a timely manner.
PAYMENT
You will be paid for your item via e-transfer or PayPal once it is confirmed that your item arrived to the buyer and was the product that was advertised.
