Do you accept items on consignment?

That is the name of our game! We will gladly accept quality used items to sell on our website. Check out our "Consgnment Process" Page for more info. We take a 20% commission for finding your items a new loving home.
How do I get paid for my item(s)?

When your item sells, we will notify you and e-mail you a shipping label to send the item out to the buyer. Once we receive notification that your item has been successfully delivered to the buyer, the money is sent to you that day via PayPal. Voila!
How does shipping work?

We aim to make the buying and selling process as easy as possible for you. We will e-mail the seller a shipping label, so all the seller has to do is box up their item and drop it off at the nearest post office! See our "Shipping Specifications" page for more information on great shipping practices. We charge the buyer a shipping fee at a discounted business rate, so the buyer doesn't break the bank on shipping fees and the seller won't have any fees when dropping off their item.
Where do I drop my item off to be shipped?

We are currently primarily servicing Canada and ship through Canada Post. Drop your item off to your nearest Canada Post office with the shipping label attached that was sent to you.
What is your return policy?

Our goal is to help you and your horse find quality, useful items you feel good about without breaking the bank. Contact us if the item you purchased doesn't work for you. We are happy to to provide refunds or store credit for new, unused/unopened items purchased from our shop. For any custom designed or consignment items, should the product you buy not work for you or your horse, we can take the item under a new consignment agreement.
What if my item doesn't sell?

We are happy to have your consignment item(s) listed on our shop for a standard period of 3 months. Should the item not sell within that time, - We can discuss an alternate price for the item and continue listing for another 3 months - You can donate the item(s) to the shop - We can remove the item listing from our site
